Northbridge Goods Return & Refund Policy

Our goal at Northbridge Goods is for you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Within 30 days of purchase, you may return any items you're unhappy with for a complete refund.


Return and Refund Authorization

  • Items may be returned for a refund within 30 days of the date of purchase.
  • Products must be in their original condition with all labels and unopened shipping packaging.
  • You cannot return items that have been opened, used, or altered.
  • Return shipping label is to be purchased and printed by the customer.

How to Return an Item

To return an item, please contact our Customer Service Team at info@northbridgegoods.com within 30 days of receiving your order. We will issue you a return authorization number as well as instructions on how to return the item. Items must be returned in their original unopened shipping packaging and in the same condition as when you received them.

Should your return request be accepted, we will provide you with a return mailing address and further instructions. Items returned to us without prior approval will not be accepted, and a refund will not be provided.

Restocking Fee

$15 dollar restocking fee will be deducted from the total refund amount.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 20 business days.

Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 20 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at info@northbridgegoods.com.
